Get Me To The Show On Time

I’m running late, and it’s all my fault. It just takes me forever to get ready for Special Events.

My Assistant K and I race though traffic. She rocks at the wheel, but can she get me to The Blog Awards Show in time to thank My Nominators?

Thanking is of utmost import, and I’ve just got to thank Lori over at sunshine-award-and-two-poems-from-rome

She’s nommed me for the Sunshine Award. Lori thank you so much for thinking of me. Thank you for your poetry, and for welcoming me to your patio.

To accept I answer 8-10 questions. I answer for both this, the Sunshine Award and my next award, the Reader Appreciation Award. The questions are a melange from both Award shows.

Let’s see, before I pass this Award on, I need to tell about my Blog journey.

Well, I just wanted a different creative outlet from Designing Costumes. I saw some creative Blogs (poetry, short stories, photography, art, etc.). I was inspired and so started my own Blog, which is meant to be entertaining & funny if possible.

I’d like to nominate  Eric  at  Free Tag Zone His Blog is absolutely addictive!

The show is over. I fight my way through the crowd which is taller than me. I have to look up to see where I’m going.

Also, the weight of four Awards can add up. I’m so glad I have an Assistant  to help.

Yes, I know once K has dropped me off I will inform my nominees. Goodnight all!

        So you have maybe seen that the logo of the award is now at the bottom of the homepage and you are also in the “Awarded by” section (at the bottom on the right). Btw, great new stuff on the two international blogs! Great to see you coming to look and like what we have found on the walls!

      You do a post accepting the Award by dragging the symbol for the award off my award post and inserting into your post. You thank the Nominator (me) and include the link to my blog.
      There are 9 questions I answered, so you answer those as well. You should change What is your favorite number to What is your favorite book or add it as a tenth question.
      Then pass the Award on to whoever you want. It could be one, or a few. Some do 10 or more, but I started running out of pals so I just do one or 2. Include the links of the people you nominate, and let them know in the way I let you know.

    My favorite flower is Lily of the Valley too! And that vogue dress is amazing – I can totally imagine Audrey Hepburn in it. Dreamy.
